A new wide-field detector for astrometry at the focal plane of an astrograph is proposed. The detector is equipped with a high sensitive CCD and two scanning carriages. The CCD is positioned with 1-2 micron precision within $10 \times 10~cm^2$ field of view. With $\approx 0.2^S$ exposition time it is expected that 12 magnitude stars will be detected for a 30-cm astrograph. The full image is generated from small frames in the computer memory. Results of observations with a prototype of the detector are presented.
