The observations in automatic mode of stars 12-14 magnitude inside 1x1 arcgrade frames, around extragalactic radio sourses, with density not less than 50 stars per frame have been started with the AMC in the Mykolayiv Astronomical Observatory.

The AMC is equiped with CCD stellar micrometer. It was produced on the base of CCD-13M with following technical parameters:

  • pixel count, 256 x 288
  • pixel size, mkm 24 x 32
  • field of view, arcminute 14,2 x 9,5
  • spectral sensitive range, mkm 0,35 x 1,1
  • dynamic range, 2000
  • Vacuum thermoelectric cooler has a four-level scheme of Peltier elements and cools CCD-13M down to -70C. Internal accuracy of CCD micrometer is following:
  • 50 mas, for stars up to 12 mag.;
  • 150 mas, for stars up to 14 mag.
