The results of orbit determination of some two thousands precise photographic observations of a few dozens of geosynchronous satellites obtained in 1983-1995 at the Main Astronomical Observatory in Kiev are presented. In the first section of the paper, the original software is described. Orbit determination and satellite identification procedures are given in the second section. We also discuss the space debris problem in the geosynchronous ring using the orbital modelling and the results of the real observations analysis.
