Motion of satellite on near circular and near equatorial orbit is considered. The equations of motion are written in spherical coordinates. Geopotential perturbations are taken into account only. The intermediate orbit is Kepler's circle. The equations of motion are solved by Lyapunov-Poincare's small parameter method.

Estimations of spherical coordinates perturbations for geostationary satellite due to neglected geopotential harmonics are obtained. Both the time and the subtrace point longitude dependencies of the perturbations are studied.

Estimations of spherical coordinates perturbations of near circular and near equatorial satellite due to both separate harmonics and neglected harmonics of geopotential are obtained. The resonant and non-resonant cases are considered. Both the time and the semi-major axes dependencies of the perturbations are studied. Both the resonant semi-major axes and the resonance zones widths are obtained.
