The results of the investigation of the approaches to planets of the near-Earth asteroids with planets are presented. 385 minor planets were analyzed using the proper elements from the list of Aten-Apollo-Amor asteroids composed by Anglo-Australian Near-Earth asteroid Survey. Everhart's variable stepsize integrator RA19 and the differential equations of motion in form of the classical Encke's method in the rectangular coordinates were implemented to test the close encounters during 100 years. The reference system is the mean ecliptic and equinox of 2000.0 and the solar system model is the compressed planetary and lunar ephemerides DE200/LE200 including the perturbations by all planets and Moon. All the close approaches between the near-Earth asteroids and planets (for the external planets - within 0.5 AU and for others - within 0.1 AU) were registrated as well. The probable spheres of approaches were revealed for the unnumbered asteroids with the help of varying of the initial orbits. The very close mutual encounters are found, a namely, smaller 0.001 AU entering in the gravitational sphere of Earth (in accordance with G.A. Chebotarev - 0.00171 AU). Detailed analysis was carried out for the structure of perturbations in the orbital elements of asteroids having the close approaches less 0.01 AU. For these asteroids modification of the proper elements was demonstrated after passing of the close approaches.
