Planetographic coordinates of the apparent central points of planets

In the Astronomical Almanac the planetographic coordinates of the sub-Earth points are tabulated. I already discussed at the IAU Symposium 172 in Paris in 1995 the errors of these coordinates, and they produce significant effect, for example, on the times of the passage of the Earth through the ring-plane of Saturn. The referee of the paper, however, did not understand my discussion and the paper was rejected for publication in the Proceedings of the Symposium. In the present paper I will rediscuss them with evident proofs.
