In Pulkovo Observatory is developed the Project "STRUVE" Space Astrometric System which allows to receive the catalogue about 4 million stars. In the program of observations will be included the minor planets for the creation of a dynamical coordinate system for the "Struve" catalogue. The correspondent simulation was carried out. The evaluations of accuracy of the parameters for the dynamical coordinate system was obtained. The selection of the minor planets, which are more optimum for decision of this problem, was made.
