Results of minor planet observation programm that is made jointly by the Institution for the Theoretical Astronomy (ITA) and the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory (CrAO) during three decades with the Zeiss 40-cm double astrograph of CrAO are present. Some new techniques used for the program are reported. Almost all minor planets of permanent numbers were observed and the positions of them were measured in the course of this survey. Many thousands unnumbered asteroids were discovered, 855 of which had got now permanent numbers.

In development of this survey program we plan to use another Crimean telescope - the fast 64-cm telescope of Richter and Slevogt system. We intend to equip it with the CCD camera and use it for the searching and observation of the Near Earth Asterois. In the future this CCD-telescope must be a part of national Russian network for Near Earth Asteroid observations.
